Our CIP t-shirts are here!! Thank you for coming down to collect your t-shirts.
You should have 5 colours: Orange, yellow, green, blue and black.
Remember to pack them in your luggage but before that, you may want to wash them first.

Your CIP t-shirts will arrive tomorrow.
Please be in school to collect your t-shirts tomorrow (24/10) at 1.15pm at the oasis.

Last Meeting before we set off to Vietnam; bear in mind what was said during the meeting

Dear all,

Today's meeting will be the last before we meet at the airport on 26 Oct. Please remember what was said and help to remind one another.
Yamin, Shanna and Quraisya please find out what you've missed from your friends.

The meeting started with Hoang from 3E1 conducting a crash course on Vietnamese for all of you. I hope you find it useful. Here are some of the basic Vietnamese which were taught.

In addition to the reminders and practice, thank you to those who brought donation items. We are good with the donation items, so do not bring any more. 

Thank you to Zun Hong, Venosha, Syahiran, Hiwaashini, Ariffin, Aqilah, Joyce and Henry for staying back to pack the donation items into the boxes.

These soccer ball look-alike items are actually face towel. They will expand when placed in water. The towel size when open fully is 20 cm by 20 cm. It is from a wholesale shop.

Meeting on 14 Oct 2014

Dear students,

Thank you for your presence despite a long and tiring day after the Sports Carnival.

Just to reinforce some of the messages spoken to all of you earlier during the meeting:

1) Punctuality - both for meetings as well as our stay in Vietnam. Be mindful of the time given so that you do not hold up the rest of the members

2) Proactive - Those who are absent for meetings are to find out from other members what you have missed. For those of you who were absent for today's meeting (Wilsvin, Amirul, Venosha, Rivashini and Ruth), let your teacher i/c know why you were absent. Being pro-active also includes knowing the itinerary of the trip.

3) Be mindful of your language over the whatsapp chat group

I also announced the hotel and homestay buddies to all of you.

For today's rehearsal, we finalised how the group will enter and exit
Basically:
1) First row will enter, do not turn yet
2) Second row follow behind, do not turn yet
3) Last person in second row (Henry) will cue the two rows to turn, then sit
4) Third row will come in
5) Yamin (third row) will then give the cue to turn and kneel
6) The fourth and last row will enter
7) Shahiran (fourth row) will then give cue to turn

During the performance, the third row will clap along with the song

Clarification on meeting on 24/10/14 Friday

Dear students,

There has been question from some of you regarding the meeting on 24/10 as it also coincides with the parent-meeting session.

The meeting on 24/10 will be used as an alternative day i.e. whether we have it will depends on the next 2 meetings on 14/10 and 20/10. For the next 2 meetings, we will finalise the performance items (to near perfection) and the packing of donation items. In order to achieve this, everyone plays a part. All of you need to be proactive and find out what is happening and that includes some of you without whatsapp. There should not be any excuse on your part to say that you are not aware.

1. *14 Oct Tuesday (make up for the one postponed on 22 Sept) : Meeting #5 (Collection of donated items and performance)

2. 20 Oct Monday : Meeting #6 (submission of passports to Mrs Ho)

3. 24 Oct Friday : Meeting #7 (Tentative)
